A family firm that came to Phoenix for the heat and stayed for the scorpions
We started on one route and grew by word of mouth in new neighborhoods.
We are a family business with a small crew of eighteen. Most of our customers bought a new house in the past few years, and we learned that the land around those houses matters as much as the house.
That is why every first visit has a daylight walk and a dusk walk with a blacklight, and why you get both in writing. It is also why we say plainly what we can't do: we can't promise a house with no scorpions nearby.
