What we treat in Valley homes

Scorpions, ants, roaches and rodents are most of the calls. Each one starts with a look, so the treatment matches what is there.

  • Scorpions

A daylight walk, then a blacklight walk after dark, and a list of gaps to seal.

    How it works
  • Ants and roaches

We find the trail or the harborage first, then treat the outside and, where needed, the inside.

    How it works
  • Pack rats and mice

We close the entry points, then trap, and we clean up what the rodents left.

    How it works
  • Wasps

Nests under eaves and patio covers, removed with the right gear and a look at why they chose the spot.

  • Termite inspections

A written report of what we saw. It describes the day; it isn't a guarantee.

    In the plans
  • Seal-up

The gaps from the report, closed with the right material at the garage door, pipe sleeves and stucco lines.

Questions

Before you book

How much does pest control cost?

It depends on the pests, the size of the house and lot, and how many visits the plan has. After the first visit you get a written quote that lists the first-visit fee, the cost of each visit and the year's total. We don't quote a house we haven't looked at.

Do I need to be home?

For the first visit, yes if you can: you point out what you've noticed, and we walk the rooms with you. For later visits we treat the outside, and we ask you to unlock gates and secure pets. The blacklight walk happens in the yard, and we can do it with you or without you.

What about children and pets?

Licensed applicators follow the product label. We tell you which areas to keep children and pets away from, and for how long, and you can ask for our product list before we start.

Not sure what you're seeing?

Text a photo or call. We'll tell you what it looks like and whether it needs a visit.
