Plans
Three plans, set by the season
Each column is a plan. The rows are the visits and checks it includes. A dash means it isn't included.

Guarantee terms: if the pests named on your report come back within 30 days of a treatment, we re-treat those areas at no charge. It covers the pests on the report and the areas we treated. It doesn't cover new pests, areas we couldn't reach, or a plan that has lapsed, and it isn't a promise that a pest will never return. Plans aren't insurance. Cancel any time by phone or email; billing stops after the visit already on the schedule.
The calendar
A Valley year, month by month
The dates move with the weather and by neighborhood. This is the usual shape of a year, not a promise.
Ants
They wake with the warm days and follow water, food and cracks in the stucco.
Mar to Jun
Wasps
Paper wasps build under eaves, patio covers and the caps of block walls.
Apr to Oct
Scorpions
Most often seen after dark, near gravel, block walls and wood piles. They slow down in the cool months.
May to Sep
Roaches and crickets
Heat and monsoon storms push them toward garages, kitchens and porch lights.
Jun to Sep
Termite swarms
Winged termites can appear after the first monsoon storms. A swarm is a reason to book an inspection.
Jul to Sep
Pack rats and roof rats
As nights cool, they look for warm, sheltered spots: attics, garages and wall voids.
Oct to Feb
Our visits
The four warm-season visits, plus January on the all-year plans.
Jan, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct

Questions
About the plans
How much does pest control cost?
It depends on the pests, the size of the house and lot, and how many visits the plan has. After the first visit you get a written quote that lists the first-visit fee, the cost of each visit and the year's total. We don't quote a house we haven't looked at.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No long contract is needed. A plan can be canceled any time by phone or email, and billing stops after the visit already on the schedule.
What if the pests come back?
Call us. Within 30 days of a treatment we return and re-treat the same areas at no charge for the pests named on your report. The full terms are on the plans page.
Do you handle termites, and does a report guarantee anything?
We inspect for termites, and the all-year-plus-checks plan includes a yearly inspection. A termite report describes what we saw on the day. It isn't a guarantee, and it can't see inside walls we can't reach.
Ready for a first visit?
Tell us about the house. We'll set a day and a dusk time.
